Refund Policy

Since my chocolates are perishable/personalised I cannot except returns or refunds.

If you would like to cancel an order it would need to be no later than 24 hours after placing. Please email me at info@freddielicious.co.uk as soon as possible.

All my orders are packaged to the highest of standards with plenty of bubble wrap and packaging and nothing ever leaves me broken. However, there is always a small chance of breakage in transit which is out of my control when the parcel has left me. Although disappointing, please remember they are still edible. I cannot be held responsible for any damages.
